Bird Tower

This unique 40’ tall bird watching facility was constructed in the Aransas Natural Wildlife Refuge in the 1970s. The remote location of this site made constructing this tower a logistical challenge, but it is still in use today. For a view from the tower, go to www.wildtexas.com/parks/anwr.php.
